  • Make Your Own, fresh,crispy bean sprouts

                      Shades of my old vegetarian self.

     LOL,  yes! Who would have ever believed I’d be at it again …sprouting my own beans, radish seeds and lentils.
             
    I am able to get some from the local market, but some have been packaged days ago. Hence the freshness from daily rinsing is just not there. Doing it myself insures the great array of flavors I am looking for.

    It so easy.. Get a quart canning jar, complete with a center hole lid.  Cut a piece of plastic screening to fit over the top of the jar. Some natural.health food stores have them for sale.
    To begin, wash and rinse your container carefully… leave no soap residue.

    Most health food stores carry an array of sprouting beans, seeds and lentils.. All  you have to do is pour in a handful or two of several kinds into the handy bag, write the item # on the tie tag and head through the cashier stand and you have done all the hard work..
    I recommend you try a single type alone until you decide which one what you like best..
    My personal preference is a small scoop of mung beans, a healthy dash of radish seeds and some lentils..

    Toss your beans into a clean fresh jar and fill it with filtered water several times..
    Fill the jar again with water and let it sit for a few hours.
     rinse again and empty, leaving the water that clings to the beans stay there.

    Put the jar on it’s side in a cabinet or a cool dark place.
    The following morning and evening, rinse to refresh the old water and add new fresh water to cling to the beans.
    In a day you will see sprouting..
          
                          another day or two ~ ,

    I prefer my mung sprouts longer, an inch… but if you are the Kitchen Farmer, you can begin the harvest your crop when ever you like … ..
    The Key is to continue a daily rinse.. even after you refrigerate to stop the growth..

    I can eat them fresh as a salad, in a salad and even stir fried  or in soups.

    Sometimes I’ll find myself snitching a pinch as a stand alone snack..
    Sprouts are so good fresh.. I love the tang added by the radish seeds lend to the medley.

    I’m still with the cleaning/purge ‘thing’.
    I have extended that idea to the really important things …like what else is in there, for everything I eat.swallow or let soak into my body.

    We all know to be aware of what chemicals we feed our bodies, not just the Cancer patients.

    I was out of vitamins and some supplements  My store had updated/changed the labels so I spent a bit of time  reading through the labels. 
    Beside not needing those added extras I want to know exactly what the make up of these tablet and gel caps are before I put them in my mouth .

    …Same thing with sun screens and shampoos
    One very popular sunscreen I had been slathering into my skin actually had cancer causing ingredients.. Hello!

    I store the bulk of the vitamins and supplements in that tiny cabinet over the stove… you know the one.. needs a step ladder.
    I moved everything out so I could scrub it out all sparkly and pretty…the ‘due dates’ were good, but..
    LOOK AT WHAT I FOUND!

    Someone in this house must be planning to avoid a LOT of head aches or pain…

    I am still checking out other items in my life.. soaps and…

    ..NOW I have that head-ache~

     

  • Cancer facts your doctor might not/will not tell you

    FACT!: CANCER CANNOT LIVE IN AN OXYGEN RICH ENRICHED ENVIRONMENT.   We need more oxygen!!! .
    * We also need to repair our personal ph levels to a healthy 7.0 … How can our natural immunity system fight off nasty Cancer cells if we are not healthy enough to have our natural immunities at full strength? .
    * Cancer patient have thick red blood.. ( not enough oxygen)
    * Most cancer patients have low bone density….
    * Cancer feeds on sugars.. Watch your diet!
    *Walking is great for our muscles… when we exercise we suck in OXYGEN!  Breathe deeply. I exercise early in the day… before all the cars and machinery wakes up and releases those toxic gasses.
    If you use an exercise machine, drag it outside to a protected but freshly airy spot…You need to exchange your somewhat used and stagnant oxygen for fresh new oxygen supply. ..

    I have been eating my  ‘twiggy’ cereal mixed with cottage cheese/yogurt, flax seed and fruit for some time
     
    I decided to use Dr. Johanna Budwig’s cottage cheese.flax seed oil protocol. This (sulphured) cottage cheese & flax seed oil combination, super blended to make it highly oxygenated was designed to add high levels of oxygen into our foods/blood stream.

    Today… knowing that cancers feed on sugars I decided to add a Tablespoon of pure unrefined honey, natures sugar…. but sugar, just the same.
    My idea is that my cancer cells will rapidly grab onto the oxygen as it reaches for the sugar. .
    (After mixing a batch, I ‘wound’ up some extra  fresh flax seeds. The blender stick nicely chops them up which is hard to do normally chopping the seed covering help release it’s oils 

    Because of the nature of cancers.. it’s own defense system protects it from oxygen.
    I am trying to overwhelm the cancer tumors at the cell level with oxygen…

     I am trying other things to get my ph back in line 7.0 and keep the oxygen going in..
    My thought is that if I send in a lot… some will get through… and kill the cancers.    

    There used to be a health organization that actually/literally schooled people in the science of what to eat, when and paired with.. not for flavors, but because of basic health.
    Maybe it had to do with homeopathic medicines.. I’d sure like to know.
    …..Like when you have bacon/eggs & pancakes.. you should always have that glass of OJ… so the damage from animal fats and carbs could be overcome. .
     If anyone remembers or knows what this program is,can you please let me know?

    I think me and my team of knowledgable doctors have done a fair job of dealing with my Cancer as a chronic disease, but… My goal is to eradicate it while I have time.
     
    I must also add that Suzanne Somers’s book ‘Knockout’ is the most informationally /inspirationally helpful. That one is a ‘keeper’ in my personal library. . 

    I’m not making this up.. it is REAL and it IS out there on the internet for you to decide what is best for you.!

    Occupy Chicago’s 12 demands.. Very rational!

    1. Reinstate Glass Steagall Act,  a safeguard separating banks’ commercial lending and investment operations. It is considered the major cause of the global financial meltdown of 2008-09.
    2. Repeal Bush-era Tax cuts.
    3. Prosecute Wall Street criminals who clearly broke the law and helped cause the 2008 meltdown.
    4. Overturn the 2010 Supreme Court decision that allow corporations ‘to contribute unlimited amounts to campaigns.
    5.Pass the Warren Buffet rule on fair share taxation, close corporate loopholes, prohibit hiding funds offshore.
    6. Give the SEC commission stricter regulatory power, strengthen the Consumer Protection Bureau & help victims of predatory lending who’s homes have been foreclosed.
