  • Using sunscreens, shampoos, soap, toothpaste, talc’s & cosmetics

I just lost another friend to Cancer.

Since I have battled 4 different cancers I am even more careful today about what I put IN my body and ON my body.
I have not always been so aware.
My last MRI reports that I have no new breast cancers and my Cancerous tumors have not advanced.
     I want them gone.
I have had good support with my knowledgeable medical support team.

Those that have had Cancer deal them, their friends and family a blow in one way or another can understand the every day fear.

I aim for a diet rich in oxygen.
BIG SECRET!!!!  Cancer and other major diseases cannot live in an oxygen environment.

This site has a wealth of information….http://www.angelfire.com/az/sthurston/understanding_cancer_and_cancer_cells.html

I might well have been be allowing toxins and to soak into my body through your our skin and mouth.
My skin is dry.. age, chemo and radiation therapy have helped that along.
Add to that, I live at higher elevations so sun protection is on my mind daily.

Not all sunscreens do what they supposedly state and some are downright toxic.
I have had to read the labels of everything I use in order to stay healthy with a compromised system.
Exactly how and what compromised it in the first place, it would be a guess at what the tipping point was/is.

If you use sunscreens, shampoos, soaps, perfumes, toothpastes, talc’s and cosmetics, you should be reading the labels.

I am still learning AND tossing out.
I am so thankful my kidneys have held up.
I help it by drinking filtered water. I drink the recommended water for my weight.

One of my trusted and valued site is AWG.com for sunscreens.

The Internet has been a God-send of information.

Another bit of information I’d  like to pass on.. wet/soak/hydrate your body before putting those soaps and shampoos to your skin and wash fast and rinse thoroughly…in order to limit toxins soaking in..

Fluoride toxins in our community water? That is a different meeting.. but, consider this a ‘Heads Up’ !
